Breakfast: avocado and boiled egg on toast, bell peppers, and low fat milk.
My daughter still has fever so had to stay home with her. Managed to finish the exercise while she becomes grumpy sometimes.... Maybe I need to take her to hospital tomorrow morning.
I hope she feels better!
