Did my exercise after sending off kids to school with their papa. OMG, almost the entire body is aching so bad, and I could barely do the V-sit, very much close to the "へ" (he, Japanese alphabet) not V.... Pretty much every thing I fail at the third set. I bet I'm doing it OK as it's designed that you fail....
Good work Hiroko! I only get to へ angle on my v-sits even on good days!

ReplyDeleteIf it's any consolation, when the V-sits were first introduced I couldn't even get close to doing ONE and now I can do a ton of them correctly....just keep trying...they will come!
