Standing ovation until failure...! I could do about 120 at the first set, then the number decreased to 68, 50, 42, then 38. OMG. Everything after this hurts so much I again had troubles typing...
Grilled lots of veggie in the oven for some change. I find it is quite tiring eating all I want to eat veggies at each meal, and I feel like I became a horse...
120!?! Sounds like you need a stronger band :) Nice work though.

ReplyDeleteI got a grey band from Tokyu Hands in Shibuya. That seems to be the best to push me.
ReplyDeleteI'm hurting in the shoulders too! We're obviously both in a 'shredding' phase. Let's look forward to renewed and ramped up strength in a few days.
