Triceps until failure - I could do 42 then 30, 25, 23, 21.... so I guess for this the band I use is the right one. And bicycle, I could barley pull up my legs up after the second set. My feet are a lot closer to the floor!
Yeah, I have two bands. One I do the stuff with the door with, not sure why I can use a stronger band. The other ones I have to go with the lighter rope. Kinda odd that it is so even like that but hey, it works. I am totally not looking forward to the bicycles tonight. Nice work!!!
