Day 80 lunch

Seasonal seafood: raw whitebait and shrimp for lunch. My favorite! Plus a plate of grilled veggie.

Did 6 sets of jump ropes, then the exercise, then 8 min abs like usual. Dips were killing me....! Spent almost a couple of hours...

Oh boy, 10 days to go.... Can't believe I've came to this far, after the earthquake and all that.

  2. Your food looks.... colorful :) Definitely feeling very American while looking at the picture right now. I always say I try anything once!

    I am amazed that anyone could go through the Earthquake and still master this project. You are dedicated and I hope you are darn proud of yourself! 10 more days!!! Keep up the great work!
